Baked Salmon

Glad® Cook ’n’ Bake Paper

Baked Salmon


  • ½ kilo salmon fillet
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup quick melting cheese, grated
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 onion, cut in half
  • 2 whole tomatoes, cut in half


  1. Season the salmon with salt and pepper.

  2. Line the baking tray with Glad® Cook ’n’ Bake Paper, place the salmon fillet on the paper-lined tray and put quick melting cheese and grated mozzarella cheese on top.

  3. Add onion and tomatoes as garnish on the sides.

  4. Bake the salmon for 30 minutes at 177°C or a moderately hot oven.
