Baked SalmonGlad® Cook ’n’ Bake Paper
Perfectly cooked salmon goodness.
- ½ kilo salmon fillet
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup quick melting cheese, grated
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 onion, cut in half
- 2 whole tomatoes, cut in half
Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
Line the baking tray with Glad® Cook ’n’ Bake Paper, place the salmon fillet on the paper-lined tray and put quick melting cheese and grated mozzarella cheese on top.
Add onion and tomatoes as garnish on the sides.
Bake the salmon for 30 minutes at 177°C or a moderately hot oven.
